Brussel Sprouts with Brown Butter Caper Sauce

cup brussle sprouts quartered
|

cup kosher salt

|

tbsp whole butter
|

lemon , juiced, 3 tbsp of juice reserved
|

tbsp capers drained and rinsed
|
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add salt. Once water comes to a boil, add brussel sprouts. Cook for 3-5 minutes. Drain.
In a medium saute pan, heat butter over medium high heat until butter just begins to turn brown. Remove from heat. (Be careful not to overcook, or butter will burn) As soon as you remove pan from the heat, add lemon juice and capers all at once. Place brussel sprouts in a large bowl and pour butter sauce over it. Toss to coat and serve.
