radishes cut into quarters

baby carrots chopped

English cucumber , seeds removed and chopped

red bell pepper , seeds and membranes removed, and chopped into large pieces

tbsp golden balsamic vinegar

tbsp olive oil

tsp fresh cracked black pepper
|
Combine all vegetables in a bowl. Pour olive oil and vinegar over top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes to 24 hours.
Serve cold.
