Wasabi Ginger Tuna

Yellowtail tuna, also known as, Ahi, is a fine grade of tuna that can be served rare in the middle
Prep Time : 5 minutes
Cook Time : 10 minutes
Serves 2
Ingredients
2 yellowfin tuna steaks (about 6 ozs)
1 tsp fresh ginger root (grated)
1/2 tsp wasabi paste
4 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp sesame oil
salt and pepper
Directions
Preheat your grill, or grill pan to high heat. Lightly oil.

For sauce:
Combine wasabi, soy sauce, ginger and sesame oil in a small bowl.

Season tuna steaks with salt and pepper. Grill on one side for 3-5 minutes, turn and grill on the other side, 1-2 minutes for rare, longer if you like your fish more well done.

Remove fish from grill, slice and spoon sauce over top. Serve.
