Old-Fashioned Pecan Pie
Prep Time : 10 minutes
Cook Time : 55 minutes
Serves 8
Ingredients
3 eggs , slightly beaten
1 cup corn syrup
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp butter , melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup pecans , coarsely chopped
1 frozen pie shell (or even better, homemade pie crust!)
Directions
Combine first five ingredients, mixing well.

Stir in pecans and pour into pie crust.

Bake at 350° for 50–55 minutes. (At high altitude, bake at 375°.)

Pie is done when knife inserted in center comes out clean.
