Pineapple Terriyaki Beef Kabobs

A sweet and Sour Tangy Combination.
Prep Time : 10 minutes
Cook Time : 15 minutes
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 1/2 lb flank steak
2 cup canned pineapple (cut into large chunks)
1 cup teriyaki sauce
1 cup sweet onion (cut into large chunks)
4-6 wooden skewers
Directions
Cut flank steak into 1 1/2 inch cubes. Place in a zip top plastic bag. Pour terriyaki sauce into bag and allow to marinate for 10-30 minutes.

Preheat grill on high.

Remove meat from bag and discard marinade. Thread meat, pineapple and onion on skewers. Grill for 7-15 minutes, turning occasionally until meat is cooked to desired doneness.
