Ham, Bacon and Ricotta Stuffed Shells

package large shell pasta

oz ricotta cheese

slice bacon

oz deli ham

cup parmesan cheese

tbsp chives chopped

tbsp heavy cream
|

salt and pepper to taste

cup spaghetti sauce
|

cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
|
Cook shells according to package directions. Drain and cool. Reserve.
For filling:
Cook bacon, remove from pan and reserve. Drain most fat from pan. Lightly saute ham in 1/2 tbsp bacon drippings. Remove from pan and mince ham and bacon. Combine with ricotta and parmesan cheese, chives, cream, and salt and pepper.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Place 1 cup of spaghetti sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 glass baking dish. Spread to coat.
Fill shells with 1-2 tbsp of filling. Place filled shells, opening down, in the glass baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over filled shells and top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 35-45 minutes, until sauce is bubbly.
