Almond Berry Crunch Yogurt

Antioxidant packed fresh blueberries, calcium rich yogurt and vitamin E from the almonds make this a delicious and healthy side dish

Serves 4
Ingredients
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh raspberries
2 cup almonds
3 cup plain yogurt (low fat)
1 tsp brown sugar
Directions
Place almonds and brown sugar in a food processor and process until almonds resemble coarse sand.

Distribute yogurt evenly amongst 4 bowls. Sprinkle almond mixture over top of yogurt. Top with fresh berries.
