Easy Turkey Enchiladas

Serves 6
Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
16 corn tortillas
2 can Hatch enchilada sauce 15 oz
1 lb cheddar cheese shredded
1 can diced green chilies 1 oz
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
In a 9x13x2 inch casserole dish, pour 2/3 cups enchilada sauce. Overlapping, place 8 corn tortillas to cover bottom of dish. Brown meat in a skillet, and drain fat. Layer meat, more sauce and 1/2 of the shredded cheese on corn tortillas. Then layer with remaining corn tortillas. Top with remaining sauce and cheese. Sprinkle with green chilies. Cover pan with aluminum foil. Bake for 35 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Remove foil and bake additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
