Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
Melt butter, pour into a 13x9 inch pan. Stir in garlic salt, onion salt, lemon juice and worcestershire sauce. Add cereal, nuts and pretzels, stir to coat. Bake for 45 minutes, stiring every 15 minutes.
