lb monterrey jack cheese

cup flour

cup cheddar cheese grated
|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Stuff chilies with monterrey jack cheese. Place in a single layer in a 9x11x2 inch oven safe casserole dish.
Combine eggs, milk, flour, salt and pepper. Pour over stuffed chilies. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes.
