In a 8 inch square glass baking dish, spread the black refried beans evenly across the bottom of the dish. Top the beans with the mashed avocados.
In a seperate bowl mix the light sour cream and the lower sodium taco seasoning packet together. Spread the sour cream mixture on top of the avocado.
Sprinkle the green onions, tomatoes and cheese on top of the sour cream mixture.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with tortilla chips.
If you would like some fresh minced cilantro is a wonderful addition to this dip.
