Turkey Stroganoff with Noodles

lb ground turkey
|

can cream of mushroom soup 8 oz
|
|
1/2
|
yellow onion small dice
|
|

pt white button mushrooms sliced
|
|

garlic cloves minced
|

oz milk
|

tbsp cream
|
|
|
salt and pepper to taste
|

tbsp dried dill weed
|
|

cup cooked pasta (any kind)
|
Cook pasta according to package directions. Keep warm.
In a large skillet brown turkey in a little oil over medium high heat. Remove from pan. Add more oil, onions, mushrooms and garlic to pan, and cook over medium high heat. Mix soup and milk together with a fork in a bowl. Add to pan. Add dill, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 10 minutes. Remove lid and stir in cream. Serve over pasta.
