Banana and Strawberry Smoothies

bananas (preferably very ripe)
|
|

cup strawberries cut in half and stems removed
|
|

cup low fat french vanilla yogurt
|
|
1

cup low fat milk
|
Combine bananas, strawberries, yogurt and half of the milk in a blender. Blend until well combined. Add more milk to adjust the thickness of the smoothie to your likeness.
Serve in a glass as is, or over crushed ice.
