Banana and Strawberry Smoothies

These smoothies are a healthy, delicious snack and kids love them too!

Serves 4
Ingredients
2 bananas (preferably very ripe)
1 cup strawberries cut in half and stems removed
3 cup low fat french vanilla yogurt
1 cup low fat milk
Directions
Combine bananas, strawberries, yogurt and half of the milk in a blender. Blend until well combined. Add more milk to adjust the thickness of the smoothie to your likeness.

Serve in a glass as is, or over crushed ice.
