lb catfish filets

cup bread crumbs
|

cup corn meal
|
|

|
tbsp paprika
|
|

|
tsp cayenne pepper
|
|
1
|
tsp cumin
|
|
1
|
oregano
|
|

|
tsp salt

|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs with water.
In another bowl, combine breadcrumbs, corn meal, spices and salt. Dip fish filets in egg mix and then dip into bread crumb mix. Place on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 15-20 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
