Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Lightly grease a 8 or 9 inch cake pan. In a large bowl combine dry ingredients. In another bowl combine wet ingredients. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients all at once. Stir to combine, until all ingredients are moistened.
Pour into prepared pan and bake for 20 - 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the pan comes out clean.
