A fast and healthy vegetable side dish for your asian inspired dinners.
Heat oil in a wok or large saute pan over medium high heat.
Add onion, celery, and bell pepper. Cook for 2 minutes. Add garlic and carrots, cook for 3 more minutes. Add sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, garlic salt and soy sauce. Toss to coat. Serve.
Vegetables should be crisp tender.
