This juicy, tangy and fresh tasting chicken is great for salads or main courses.
Combine dressing, chicken and herbs in a large dish or zip top plastic bag (gallon sized). Mix to ensure even coating of chicken with herbs and dressing. Marinate for 30 minutes - 24 hours.
Preheat grill to High. Remove chicken from marinade, discard remaining marinade. If using thin sliced chicken, grill for 3-4 minutes per side. Serve.
For a quick tip, make twice the recipe and freeze half of the chicken and marinade for a quick weeknight dinner in the future. Defrost and grill. Keeps frozen for 3-6 months.
