lb lamb leg meat cut into 1inch cubes
|
|

cup olive oil
|
|
1/4
|
cup lemon juice
|
|

garlic cloves
|
|
1 1/2
|
tsp salt
|
|

tsp oregano
|
|
1/4
|
tsp pepper
|
|

wooden skewers
|
Combine all ingredients except wooden skewers in a gallon sized zip top bag. Allow to marinate for 30 minutes (or up to overnight).
Preheat grill.
Place meat on skewers, discard marinade.
Grill over medium heat for 7-10 minutes, turning ocassionally. Until meat is cooked to desired degree of doneness.
