Italian Sausage and Tortelloni

jar spaghetti sauce

cup fresh parmesan cheese grated

tbsp olive oil

|
Place sausage in a large skillet and cover halfway with water. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 7 minutes.
Remove sausage from water and discard water. Slice sausage into 1/2 inch round slices. Heat oil in skillet, return sausage to pan and lightly brown. Add spagetti sauce, bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook tortelloni according to package directions. Drain. Top with sausage, sauce and parmesan cheese.
Serve with Garlic Bread.
