Ingredients
1 lb all purpose flour
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup buttermilk - cold
1/2 cup cream
2 eggs - room temperature
5 oz cold butter cubed
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

In a large bowl combine dry ingredients. Cut in butter with a pastry cutter until mix resembles coarse sand.

In a seperate bowl whisk together wet ingredients. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients all at once. Mix to combine. Add more flour if necessary to form a smooth, not sticky, dough.

Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 1 minute. Roll out into 1/2 in. thickness. Using a round cutter, cut out biscuits and place on a ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake for 10 - 15 minutes.
